EPE's customization and administration utilities enable customers to create or modify fields, features, formulas, reports, pay elements and security rights at will. EPE enables these changes to be made at the configuration level without requiring source code change, so the customizations can be carried forward to future versions. This tailoring instead of coding approach also saves months and thousands of dollars in customization costs for our customers with unique needs. In both the payroll and HR modules, company-specific rules and procedures can be built into each database. EPE's client / server architecture enables secure, robust management of large data sets while the web based front end of ePortal enables each employee in the enterprise to retrieve and update information and make requests / approvals for leave, claims and resources.
EPE contains both payroll and HR specific modules. Of course, each of these modules utilizes the same database and work together as one, unified application. Beyond this internal integration, EPE also offers smooth integration to any third party accounting or HR system via its Interface and Import Designer modules. As EPE utilizes a standard SQL database design, ODBC connectivity to EPE's import and export tables is also available.
e-banking / e-government:
EPE's Lodgment management capabilities enable direct integration with the e-submission system of major banks and government institutions in every supported country. In Singapore, EPE enables direct, in-application connectivity to National Service Payment Centre and the Central Provident Fund.
